CAD Interoperability & Geometry Preparation

Simcenter STAR-CCM+ maintains a bi-directional link with all major CAD packages (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, etc.). Changes in the simulation model can drive changes in the CAD geometry. The built-in 3D-CAD modeler allows for quick geometry clean-up, defeaturing, and surface wrapping to prepare even the "dirtiest" geometries for simulation.

 

High-Performance Computing (HPC)

Built to scale, STAR-CCM+ runs efficiently on everything from local workstations to massive supercomputing clusters and the Cloud (Simcenter X). Its flexible licensing model ensures you have the power you need, when you need it, to run high-fidelity Large Eddy Simulations (LES) or massive design sweeps.
